Beyoncé must love surprises. Because late last night, she unexpectedly dropped her fifth studio album, Beyoncé, on iTunes. It’s what she’s calling a “visual album,” and it features 14 songs and 17 music videos — including a song about her daughter, Blue Ivy, and guest appearances from husband Jay-Z, pals Justin Timberlake and Frank Ocean and her Destiny’s Child compadres Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland. But the highlight of the album (and yes, we are biased): The song “***Flawless,” which samples the message author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie delivered in a talk at TEDxEuston called

'Why I parted ways with Kelvin' - Monalisa Chinda finally speaks on ex-editor

A few months ago, the ex-editor of Monalisa Chinda's magazine, Monalisa, Kelvin Keshi, wrote a letter to online media claiming Monalisa and her boyfriend/business partner Lanre Nzeribe treated him and other staff of the magazine badly (If you missed it, read it HERE).

Monalisa, who has been silent on the issue recently granted City People magazine an interview where she cleared the air on what really happened. What she said below...
The case was a very sad one. Kelvin as a matter of fact was a mistake. He is boy we tried to help even though we knew deep down he wasn't well qualified but we needed to get someone who has expreience because other staff are fresh graduates. So we just told him to come on board and when he came, he had his CV doctored, his address doctored and he said he was the assistant editor in that publication but he wasnt. He lied about so many things that we didn't feel was necessary for him to have lied about.

Obasanjo Blasts Jonathan, Writes 18-Page Letter To President

Obasanjo: critical letter on state of the nation sent to Jonathan
Obasanjo: critical letter on state of the nation sent to Jonathan
Nigerian ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo has written a critical letter to President Goodluck Jonathan, accusing him of ineptitude and of taking actions calculated at destroying Nigeria.

Premium Times, an online medium said today, that it is in possession of an 18-page letter, dated 2 December, in which Obasanjo severely excoriated Jonathan for mismanaging Nigerian affairs and of promoting tribal and religious chauvinism.

“Nigeria is bleeding and the hemorrhage must be stopped,” Obasanjo was quoted to have said in the letter, dripping with venom.

The said letter, in the view of P.M.NEWS editors, in terms of anger, could only be compared with Obasanjo’s famous interview with a news magazine in the early 90s, when he demolished Babangida’s regime for being dishonorable.

Obasanjo, was clearly in his elements in launching the acerbic attack on Jonathan, who ought to have been a protege, having influenced his emergence from the backwoods of Bayelsa State, to be the nation’s number two citizen, from where, an unusual luck, catapulted him to be Nigeria’s leader.
